10 weeks

How far along? 10 weeks, size of a kumquat!
Total weight gain: 3 lbs
Maternity clothes? Not yet, but my pants are definitely starting to get tight! I am feeling very bloated lately, yuck!
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: Feeling like a have a bit more energy now, not nearly as tired mid-day. Waking up nightly to pee (was VERY rare pre-pregnancy), but going back to sleep easily!
Best moment this week: Telling Nick and Grace that I am pregnant!
Have you told family and friends? Only a VERY small handful, will tell more after our appointment this week!
Miss Anything? Cocktails... We've been to quite a few weddings this summer and not enjoying in a nice cocktail has been no fun.
Cravings? Not really!
Movement? Not yet!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Just being pregnant? Ha! No foods or smells, but about once a day I get really nauseous, it lasts for 10-20 minutes and then its gone.
Have you started to show yet? A pooch is definitely forming. Looks like I ate a little too much ice cream!
Gender prediction: No idea!
Labor Signs: No

8 weeks

How far along? 8 weeks, size of a raspberry!
Total weight gain: 2 lbs
Maternity clothes? Not yet, although I did have Andrew buy me two pairs of maternity jeans for my birthday that were a great deal from A Pea in the Pod. :) Can't wait to rock them!
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: Really having a hard time keeping my energy up by mid afternoon lately. By about 2 o'clock, I am so exhausted and it takes everything I have not to shut my eyes for an hour. Still sleeping good at night
Best moment this week: Sharing our news with Carlee while spending a couple days with her in Central Oregon. Also, getting the baby books I ordered in the mail!
Have you told family and friends? Just a very small few! Trying to keep it our little secret for a few more weeks :)

Our little secret....

Baby Stiltner is due March 2016! 

We are SO excited for this next chapter in our lives. Both Andrew and I have been itching to be parents for a while now and couldn't be happier to share our news. 

I started to have a hunch that I might be pregnant once we got back from our river trip and my you-know-what still hadn't shown. I waited through the weekend and thought maybe it was just a tad late, as my cycles aren't typically spot on. Monday morning I woke and still nothing, so while Andrew hopped in the shower, I went to the other bathroom. 5 minutes later I was jumping for joy and almost trampled Andrew as he got out of the shower. I think his response was "Really?! For sure?!" :)

I'm hoping I can keep up with this little blog as a way for me to keep a journal for myself and a way for family and friends who are interested to stay up to date.
